"These programs have meant so much to me as well as to my students. I can see the personal growth and academic achievements among my students as a result of the volunteers. I have used Boston Partners in Education for many years, and I truly appreciate the quality help I receive from them." Faced with growing demands of classroom instruction, budget cuts and administrative paperwork, teachers are often looking for help in providing struggling students with the individual attention they need to become better learners.
Boston's school children can benefit from strong academic mentors who are there to assist them as they navigate through their formative learning years. We encourage Boston's teachers to learn more about our School Volunteer Program, as well as our other academic mentoring programs.
To place a request for classroom assistance, please complete our Teacher Request for Volunteer Services form. To learn more about how to request a volunteer, as well as our various academic mentoring programs, please contact: Barbara Harris, Director of Placements 617.451.6145 |
