Spotlight: Booz & Co

Type:  Coverage

Boston Partners in Education speaks with John Plansky and Roman Regelman, both Big Cheese Readers and partners at Booz & Company one of our Corporate Sponsors. Our relationship with Booz & Company began with them sponsoring our Big Cheese Reads initiative and has deepened with John Plansky joining our board of directors and Roman Regelman also becoming a Big Cheese Reader.

You've both been Big Cheese Readers in the past. What do you find so rewarding that you keep coming back?
“We (John Plansky and Roman Regelman) are actively engaged Big Cheese Readers – we both find this experience extremely gratifying. Meeting the inner city kids reminded us about the opportunities provided to us.  The experience is both humbling and inspiring, it is rewarding to see the faces of these kids lit during the discussion and hear their often very innocent and sometimes provocative questions. This program has been a very nice addition to our year.”
