Todd Wackerman was raised on the mean streets of Menlo Park, California. After 18 years he moved to Massachusetts to attend Boston College, where he cultivated a love of volunteerism and power tools, so he moved to New Orleans in 2008 to help with the city rebuilding efforts. He worked there for a year, planning large scale volunteer projects at schools, parks, and residences as an AmeriCorps volunteer. About eight months ago, he returned to Boston and now works for Boston Partners in Education as the Power Lunch Program Manager, matching corporate volunteers with adorable 1st-3rd graders. Todd is thrilled to be running the marathon for Boston Partners, and he intends to win the coveted “most donors” award. |
